Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All artwork is carefully prepared, packaged, and processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Custom, handmade, or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time depending on the complexity and size of the artwork.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–10 business days
  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • International Orders: 3–10 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected delivery method

From time to time, Sun Studios may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order amounts.


International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT fees
  • Additional carrier charges required by their country

Sun Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Packaging & Protection

Every piece of artwork is packaged with great care using protective materials to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Larger artworks and canvas pieces may be shipped in reinforced packaging for added protection.


Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sun Studios is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues with the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.


Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and artwork

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement or suitable solution.


Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may not be possible.
